  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • large graham crackers, crushed - 24 item
  • can blueberry pie filling - 1 oz

How to make blueberry cheesecake:

Mix graham crackers, sugar and margarine together. Pat into an 8 x 13-inch pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs, blending well. Pour over graham cracker crust. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes. Let cool. Pour can of blueberry pie filling over cheese mixture. Refrigerate.

Two cans of cherry pie filling can be used instead of blueberry.
