  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 2/3 c
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
  • can cherries - 1 item

How to make cherry cheesecake:

Soften cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Add vanilla; fluff again. In separate bowl, add boiling water to sugar and gelatine; whip with whisk. Add sugar mixture to cheese; slowly beat until smooth. Pour into crust; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Add cherries to top.
