Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 2/3 c
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
- can cherries - 1 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Soften cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Add vanilla; fluff again. In separate bowl, add boiling water to sugar and gelatine; whip with whisk. Add sugar mixture to cheese; slowly beat until smooth. Pour into crust; refrigerate at least 3 hours. Add cherries to top.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 4 hours.
