Blueberry buckle
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- fresh blueberries - 2 c
- Stir in milk
How to make blueberry buckle:
Mix together thoroughly the sugar, softened butter or margarine and egg. Stir in milk. Sift together and stir in dry ingredients. Fold in well drained blueberries. Pour into greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
