  • milk - 1 c
  • blueberries fresh or frozen - 1 c
  • sugar
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item

Sift flour and sugar together and cut in shortening. Set aside 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping. Add baking powder, salt, egg yolks and milk to flour mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-
