Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- blackberries - 3 c
- deep-dish pie crusts 1 for top and 1 for bottom
How to make blackberry pie:
Fill bottom crust heaping with blackberries. Sprinkle with flour, salt and sugar. Dot with small pieces of butter. Cover with top crust or strips of pastry across top. Bake about 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
