- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- blackberries - 1 item
How to make blackberry buckle:
Crumb Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 c. butter Cream sugar and butter. Add egg, beating until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 7-inch square pan. Cover batter with blackberries. Mix topping ingredients until they form crumbs.Put on top before baking at 375° for 45 minutes.
