Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- berries fresh or frozen - 4 c
- sugar more if desired - 1 c
- double crust - 1 item
How to make blackberry pie:
Put first 4 ingredients in bowl. Mix lightly. Put in pie crust. Cover with top crust. Prick with fork. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
