Black bottom cups
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cooking oil - 1/3 c
- unbeaten egg - 1 item
How to make black bottom cups:
Beat together first 4 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Sift together following ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Fill muffin cup 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Top each one with heaping teaspoonful cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts.
