Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- baking soda
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and salt with an electric mixer. Stir in chocolate chips; set aside. In another bowl combine flour, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt and water. Next, mix oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add to flour mixture. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full with cocoa batter. Place 1 teaspoonful cream cheese mixture in center of each cupcake and bake 15 to 20 minutes. No frosting is needed.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
