- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- cream cheese, softened
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 egg1/3 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt Combine first 9 ingredients. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full. On top of each cupcake, drop filling (1/2 teaspoon on tiny cupcakes, 1 teaspoon on regular size cupcakes) and 6 to 8 chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
