  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened

How to make black bottom cupcakes:

Filling:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 egg1/3 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt Combine first 9 ingredients. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full. On top of each cupcake, drop filling (1/2 teaspoon on tiny cupcakes, 1 teaspoon on regular size cupcakes) and 6 to 8 chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen regular-size cupcakes.
