Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 5 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- cumin - 1/2 tsp
- cans black beans - 2 item
How to make black beans and rice:
