Straw and hay fettuccine

Ingredients/Components

• butter - 4 Tbsp
• whipping cream - 1 c
• grated Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
• freshly ground black pepper - 1 item
• spinach fettuccine - 1/2 lb
• yellow egg fettuccine - 1/2 lb

How to make straw and hay fettuccine:

In small saucepan, melt butter. Add cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Just heat (do not allow mixture to come to boil). Pour over hot drained pasta. Season with fresh pepper. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese. Serves 6.
