Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- can corn, drained - 16 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- green onions, chopped - 4 item
- red pepper flakes - 1/8 tsp
- cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- can black beans - 15 oz
- minced cilantro - 3 Tbsp
- tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced - 2 item
How to make black bean and corn salad:
