Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • flour
  • baking powder
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • chopped rhubarb - 2 c

How to make birds nest pie:

Place rhubarb in pie plate. Sprinkle with sugar. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour over rhubarb. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. Invert onto serving plate.

Can also use apples or peaches.
