Chocolate chip cookie pie
Ingredients/Components
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- bourbon - 2 Tbsp
- sugar - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- chopped walnuts or pecans - 1 c
How to make chocolate chip cookie pie:
Prepare pastry shell; set aside. Heat oven to 350°. In small mixer bowl, cream butter; add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden. Cool about 1 hour; serve warm. Garnish as desired.
