  • large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • large box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • or 4 bananas, sliced - 3 item
  • cherries optional - 1 item
  • box yellow cake mix with butter or pudding - 1 item

How to make better than sex cake:

Mix and bake cake according to directions in 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine pineapple and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes. Make up pudding by directions. Pour cooled pineapple mixture over baked cake; arrange slices of bananas over pineapple. Pour pudding over bananas, spreading evenly. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with nuts and cherries.
