  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • Mazola oil
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped apples - 3 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c

How to make best apple cake:

Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Add chopped apples and nuts and bake in greased jelly roll pan or 9 x 13-inch pan at 325° for 1 hour.
