  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • oil - 1/3 c

How to make lemon cheese bars:

Mix dry cake mix, eggs and oil until crumbly*. Press lightly in 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Bake 15 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.

*Reserve 1 cup crumbs for top.
