  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sweetened whipped cream - 1 item
  • baking powder
  • all-purpose flour
  • butter, melted - 1/3 c
  • strawberries - 1 item

How to make berry time shortcake:

Heat oven to 400°. In small mixer bowl combine all ingredients, except strawberries and whipped cream, and beat at medium speed until well mixed. Spread into greased and floured 9-inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
