Ingredients/Components

  • orange juice - 1 c
  • low-fat vanilla yogurt - 3 Tbsp
  • sliced fresh strawberries optional - 1 item
  • banana, peeled, cut up and frozen - 1 item
  • fresh or frozen assorted berries strawberries, blackberries or raspberries - 1/4 c

How to make berry banana smoothie:

Freeze cut up banana in a plastic bag, then use pieces straight from freezer. In a blender container, combine the frozen banana pieces, desired berries, orange juice and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.

To serve, pour into tall glasses. Garnish each drink with fresh strawberries. Makes 2 servings.
