Berry banana smoothie
Ingredients/Components
- orange juice - 1 c
- low-fat vanilla yogurt - 3 Tbsp
- sliced fresh strawberries optional - 1 item
- banana, peeled, cut up and frozen - 1 item
- fresh or frozen assorted berries strawberries, blackberries or raspberries - 1/4 c
How to make berry banana smoothie:
Freeze cut up banana in a plastic bag, then use pieces straight from freezer. In a blender container, combine the frozen banana pieces, desired berries, orange juice and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.To serve, pour into tall glasses. Garnish each drink with fresh strawberries. Makes 2 servings.
