  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • blueberries - 2 c

How to make berry cake:

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Over this, sprinkle the blueberries, sugar and boiling water. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. The bottom will be like pudding when finished. Can be served with milk, Cool Whip or ice cream.
