  • sugar - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • fresh strawberries - 1 qt
  • strawberry jello mix - 4 Tbsp

How to make strawberry pie:

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Pour over boiling water and bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Refrigerate until cool, but not set. Fold in fresh strawberries. Put in a baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
