  • pkg - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • beet juice - 3 c
  • Sure-Jell - 1 pkg

How to make beet jelly:

Boil first 3 ingredients 1 minute. Add sugar and gelatin. Boil 6 additional minutes. May be canned and sealed with lid or paraffin.
