Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- beet juice - 3 c
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
How to make beet jelly:
Boil first 3 ingredients 1 minute. Add sugar and gelatin. Boil 6 additional minutes. May be canned and sealed with lid or paraffin.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Jellies.
