Hot pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar
- chopped sweet green pepper
- chopped or ground green hot pepper - 1/4 c
- pectin or Certo - 1 item
How to make hot pepper jelly:
Grind pepper with fine blade. Mix pepper, sugar and vinegar; bring to boil for 3 minutes. Add pectin or Certo and boil 1 1/2 minutes longer. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
