Ingredients/Components
- wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- carrots, sliced - 4 item
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
- envelope Italian salad dressing mix - 1 oz
- cauliflowerets - 2 c
- small zucchini, diagonally sliced - 2 item
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Heat broth in saucepan. Add carrots and simmer 2 minutes; cool. Add remaining ingredients and chill several hours or more. Stir occasionally.
