Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sour cream optional - 1 c
- jar mushrooms - 1 item
- sirloin steak, cut into strips - 1 lb
How to make beef stroganoff:
Saute onions in margarine until golden. Stir in beef and seasonings. Add mushrooms. Saute until meat is done. Add soup; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over biscuits, rice, noodles or baked potatoes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
