Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- noodles - 1 pkg
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- sirloin steak, cut in 1/4-inch strips - 1 lb
- beef stroganoff seasoning sauce - 2 pkg
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cook steak strips and onion with oil until done and drain. Add seasoning sauce, soup, salt and pepper. Stir until thick. Add sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
