- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tomatoes, chopped - 1 item
- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- lettuce - 1 item
- frozen corn - 1 c
- black olives - 1 item
- crushed tortilla chips - 2 c
- Co-Jack cheese - 2 c
- jar chunk salsa - 1 oz
How to make beef nacho casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Brown meat; drain and stir in salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder. Layer 1/2 each of meat, chips and cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish. Repeat layers.
