Ingredients/Components
- can mushrooms, drained - 8 oz
- Burgundy wine - 3/4 c
- stew beef
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- jar whole onions - 1 item
How to make quick beef burgundy:
Mix all ingredients except onions. Place in covered casserole and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325°. About half hour before done, add drained onions. Serves 5.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
