  • can mushrooms, drained - 8 oz
  • Burgundy wine - 3/4 c
  • stew beef
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
  • jar whole onions - 1 item

How to make quick beef burgundy:

Mix all ingredients except onions. Place in covered casserole and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325°. About half hour before done, add drained onions. Serves 5.
