- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp

- large onions, chopped - 3 item
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 3 Tbsp
- brown sugar to taste - 1 item
- Tabasco - 1 tsp
- pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chuck roast, cut into pieces - 6 lb
How to make beef barbecue:
Put beef in roaster. Combine rest of ingredients, except brown sugar, and pour over meat. Cover and bake at 300° for 6 hours or until meat shreds. May need to add more water as meat cooks. Now, add brown sugar to taste, if you want. Keep warm in crock-pot. May be cooked ahead and frozen for later use.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
