Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- catsup - 1 c
- hot sauce - 1/4 tsp
- sliced onions - 3 c
- celery seeds - 1 tsp
How to make barbecued onions:
Combine all ingredients except onions in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes; stirring occasionally. Stir in onion, cover and simmer 3 minutes.
