Ingredients/Components

  • lean ground beef - 2 lb
  • onion and mushroom soup mix - 1 pkg
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • catsup
  • vinegar - 1/3 c
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • water - 3/4 c

How to make barbecued meatballs:

Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/3 c. vinegar2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce4 Tbsp. sugar3/4 c. water Mix beef, soup mix, eggs, milk and bread crumbs. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

Mix all sauce ingredients well and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
