Ingredients/Components
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- onion and mushroom soup mix - 1 pkg
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- catsup
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- water - 3/4 c
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/3 c. vinegar2 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce4 Tbsp. sugar3/4 c. water Mix beef, soup mix, eggs, milk and bread crumbs. Roll into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls. Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.Mix all sauce ingredients well and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 1 hour.
