Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- pork ribs country style or boneless rib strips - 1 item
- to 3 bottles barbecue sauce - 1 item
How to make barbecue ribs:
Singe ribs on grill for 5 minutes on each side. Take off the grill. Arrange meat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. (Use a small pan for a few ribs, or a larger one for company.) Cover the meat with the sauce. Add water to make sure the meat is covered with liquid. Place pan on the grill for 1 hour. Turn the ribs over after 30 minutes.
