Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
  • catsup
  • ground beef
  • onion, chopped - 6 Tbsp
  • uncooked oats - 3/4 c

How to make barbecue meatballs:

Sauce1 c. catsup1/2 c. water6 Tbsp. onion, chopped2 Tbsp. sugar3 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine first 6 ingredients. Roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Drain off any fat. Mix sauce and place meatballs in sauce. Simmer about 30 minutes covered. This can be made ahead and frozen.
