Barbecue meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- catsup
- ground beef
- onion, chopped - 6 Tbsp
- uncooked oats - 3/4 c
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Sauce1 c. catsup1/2 c. water6 Tbsp. onion, chopped2 Tbsp. sugar3 Tbsp. vinegar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine first 6 ingredients. Roll into small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Drain off any fat. Mix sauce and place meatballs in sauce. Simmer about 30 minutes covered.
