Barbecue ham
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- bacon - 1/4 lb
- wafer or thin sliced ham - 3 4
How to make barbecue ham:
Fry bacon in Dutch oven. Add onion and saute. Add remaining ingredients, except cornstarch. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add cornstarch to 1/2 cup water; add to mixture and boil 3 to 4 minutes. Serve over buns.Recipe categories: Main dish, Low Carb, High protein.
