Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 2
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- minced onions - 1/4 c
- celery seeds - 1/4 tsp
- small bottle ketchup - 1 oz
- chipped chopped ham - 1 lb
How to make barbecue ham:
In medium pan add ham. Cover with water. Bring to boil; strain. Add all ingredients and cook over medium heat until boiling, then turn down heat to low and cook for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Low Carb, High protein.
