Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 2 3
- grated Longhorn cheese - 3/4 c
- large can Hungry Jack biscuits 10 - 1 item
How to make barbecue cups:
Heat oven according to directions on biscuit can. Brown meat and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain thoroughly. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar; simmer. Spray muffin tins lightly with Pam. Flatten biscuits between fingers until large enough to make a cup in the muffin tin. Stuff with meat; top with cheese. Bake at 400° until edges of biscuits are lightly browned.
