Barbecue chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- dash of Texas Pete - 1 item
- chicken, cut into serving sizes - 3 lb
How to make barbecue chicken:
Cook sauce on top of the stove (bring to a boil). Let the mixture cool. Dip each piece of chicken into the sauce and place in pan lined with aluminum foil. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 2 hours or until tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
