Barbecue brisket
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- liquid smoke
- bay leaf, crushed - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- coarse black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- boneless, trimmed brisket - 5 lb
How to make barbecue brisket:
Rub salt all over meat. Place on heavy foil. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over brisket. Wrap airtight in foil. Cook on medium coals on grill for about 2 hours. Turn once.May be baked at 250° for 5 hours in oven. Place wrapped meat on large, flat pan for baking.
