Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sticks oleo - 3 item
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- bananas, sliced - 5 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- pecans and maraschino cherries - 1 c
How to make banana split cake:
First Layer: Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick oleo, mix well and press in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.Second Layer: Mix powdered sugar, eggs, 2 sticks oleo and vanilla. Mix for 10 minutes. Spread over first layer.
Third Layer: Spread pineapple over second layer.
Fourth Layer: Add bananas over pineapple.
Fifth Layer: Spread Cool Whip to cover.
Sixth Layer: Sprinkle pecans over Cool Whip.
Seventh Layer: Cut cherries in half and place on top. Chill.
