  • vanilla wafers, crushed - 2 c
  • to 5 bananas, sliced - 3 item
  • Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or dish

How to make banana split cake:

Mix crushed wafers and 1 stick melted butter thoroughly. Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or dish. Then beat together eggs, 1 stick butter and confectioners sugar. Put this on top of crust and chill.Topping Mix:1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained3 to 5 bananas, sliced1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip1/2 c. chopped nuts1 small jar maraschino cherries Mix well, then spread on cake. Keep refrigerated.
