How to make rocky road:
In medium saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat until smooth. Stir in marshmallows and nuts. Spread in buttered, 8-inch square pan; chill. Cut into squares. Yields about 1 1/2 pounds.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Candy.
