Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- bananas - 4 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- sticks margarine, softened - 2 item
- large can pineapple crushed - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted margarine. Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Beat together for 15 minutes the eggs, margarine and confectioners sugar. Pour over crust. Slice bananas thinly over this. Top with pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over this and top with pecans and/or cherries. Refrigerate. Do not freeze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
