Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- Filling:2 eggs
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- tub Cool Whip - 9 oz
- or 6 bananas - 5 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Filling:2 eggs2 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. vanilla2 sticks butter9 oz. tub Cool Whip5 or 6 bananas1 large can crushed pineapple Crust: Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Press into an oblong pan or dish.Filling: Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and butter together and beat on high speed with mixer for about 15 minutes. Pour mixture over graham cracker crust. Slice bananas on top. Drain pineapple and spread over bananas. Cover pineapple with Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped nuts and cherries.
