Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- 8 oz - 1 c
- lemon extract - 2 tsp
- lemon Jell-O
- yellow cake mix either brand - 1 pkg
- cooking oil Wesson or any kind you like - 3/4 c
How to make apricot cake:
Note: Beat eggs before you put them in the mix.Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended, about 2 minutes. Pour mixture into Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes. Place cake on plate. When almost cool, cake may be coated with a glaze made of confectioners sugar and water, if so desired.
