Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 oz
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
- vanilla instant pudding
- whole milk - 3 c
- walnuts if desired - 1 item
- banana instant pudding
- to 9 bananas - 7 item
- small tub whipped cream - 1 item
How to make banana pudding:
Blend pudding and whole milk until thickened, then blend in sour cream and whipped cream, one at a time. In large deep bowl, layer vanilla wafers, bananas and mixture, usually about 3 layers. Be sure to have a layer of mixture on top. Top with walnuts, if desired. Chill for 1 hour. Even better if made the night before you eat it.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Fruit.
