  • chopped dates - 1 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 item

How to make chinese chews:

Blend dates, sugar, nuts and eggs. Add, one at a time, 3 rounded tablespoonfuls flour and a pinch of salt. Shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place in greased and floured muffin tins. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
