- chopped dates - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make chinese chews:
Blend dates, sugar, nuts and eggs. Add, one at a time, 3 rounded tablespoonfuls flour and a pinch of salt. Shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar. Place in greased and floured muffin tins. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
