Easy cherry tarts
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- vanilla wafers - 24 item
- lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
How to make easy cherry tarts:
You will need 24 baking cups.Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon extract; beat until fluffy. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of baking cup which has been placed in muffin tin pan. Fill about 1/2 to 2/3 full with cheese cake mixture. Bake in a 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes on center rack. These will hold shape if baked in muffin tins. Chill well, then top with cherry pie filling. Use 2 to 3 cherries per tart.
