- eggs - 4 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- cup water - 3/4 item
- cup sugar - 1 item
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- cup oil - 1/4 item
- cup mashed bananas - 1 item
How to make banana pound cake:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, 3/4 cup water and bananas. Mix well. Pour into greased and lightly floured bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour. Meanwhile, combine sugar, margarine and 1/4 cup water in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, and remove from heat. When cake is done, immediately pour sauce slowly over cake, allowing time for it to be absorbed. Leave cake in pan for 20 minutes before removing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Weeknight.
