- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 4 c
- butter - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- ripe bananas, mashed - 6 item
How to make banana nut bread:
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients, mixing nuts in small amount of flour. After mixing together, pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for an hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Yeast breads.
